As CM, managed infrastructure improvements to deliver space to the ESSX team. Work involved installing new flooring, HVAC system, plumbing stub-ins, restrooms, electrical service, lighting, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler system. Space was approximately 9,000 square feet.

Cococo
As CM, managed the complete buildout of the Cococo space in the Lower East Side. Work included new flooring, ADA ramps, HVAC system, plumbing stub-ins, restrooms, electrical service, lighting, fire alarm, and fire sprinkler system. Space was approximately 2,200 square feet.

Skylight, 2nd Floor
As GC, managed the full buildout of Skylight’s new event space in an expedited time frame. Work included carpentry, painting, new flooring, HVAC improvements, new electrical service, new lighting, and fire sprinkler modifications. Space was approximately 21,000 square feet.

As GC, managed the full buildout of Skylight’s new event space in an expedited time frame. Work included significant demolition, carpentry, painting, new flooring, HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm modifications. Space was approximately 25,000 square feet.
